August 2026 | World’s Championship Horse Show 🌹
What a week. 23 World’s and Reserve World’s Championship titles.
The 2026 World’s Championship Horse Show was nothing short of action-packed, and looking back at how far Sterling Equine has come makes this one especially meaningful.
From those first few years of hauling horses to Louisville with names like GRCH Game Changer and Rumspringa, GRCH The General Lee, and Smokestack—to walking through the gate this year with more than 15 roadsters—Sterling Equine has grown in ways I could have only hoped for. None of it happens without the incredible horses and ponies, customers, friends, breeders, team members, and supporters who have believed in what we are building.

Sterling has always stood for much more than winning, but I am incredibly proud of what our horses, ponies, riders, drivers, owners, and team accomplished this week. Twenty-three titles at the World’s Championship Horse Show is something we will never take for granted.
To my clients—thank you for trusting us with your equine athletes and for giving us the opportunity to prepare them and put them through the gate on the biggest stage in our industry. That trust means more than you know.
To the team behind the team—our farriers, veterinarians, chiropractors, body workers, dentist, supplement company, tack sponsor, bit sponsor, cart sponsor, and everyone else who played a part in keeping these horses looking, feeling, and performing at their absolute best—thank you. It truly takes a village.
And to my crew—you simply showed up and showed out. This was the largest group of horses I have ever taken to a horse show, and it was only possible because of each of you. The long days, late nights, early mornings, attention to detail, and care you gave every horse did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly proud of this team.
To the horse show staff, management, officials, and everyone behind the scenes—thank you for handling all of us horse-crazy people and putting together one of the highest-quality World’s Championship Horse Shows we have experienced.
To every rider and driver who represented Sterling this week—you were safe, smart, competitive, and made us proud. Thank you for giving these horses your best every time you went through that gate.
Stallions, mares and geldings. First-timers and seasoned veterans. Horses and ponies from every corner of the roadster division walked away with titles this week. That may be one of the things I am most proud of.
And if I’ve said it once, I’ll say it a hundred more times:
If you don’t have a road horse… get one.
They’re fun. They’re exciting. The division is growing, and there has never been a better time to be part of it.
