To ensure we can serve as many pups as possible, we kindly remind you of our 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full fee of the scheduled grooming service.
As a small business, our time is dedicated entirely to your furry family members. When an appointment is missed, it's difficult to fill that spot on short notice. If you need to make changes, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the opening to a pup on our waitlist. Thank you so much for your understanding and ongoing support!
