Our Sugar girl came in for her usual brush out, bath, & nail trim today. She went home and relaxed to take her usual nap afterwards. Only this time she didn’t wake up. 😭
Sugar was one of our favorite Goldens that come in. Unfortunately, they all are getting very white faced on us. Miss Sugars tail wagged through her entire groom: it would get us just as wet as her in the tub: it would get in the way when doing anything with her feet, or her backend. We all figured out how to hold it to keep it under control, but we could still feel it twitching in our hands..lol!!
Sugar girl, we are all going to miss you and your always wagging tail. No more achy joints, so run girl, run!!!

Zoe’s mom let me know today, the old girl has crossed the rainbow bridge. We knew it was coming, but even when you’re prepared, it’s still always painful.
Zoe had been coming in with her Keeshond sister since June 2016. She was never very fond of the entire experience, but she survived every time…lol!!!
We will miss you sweet Zoe..and it’ll be weird Grooming your sisters without you….💔😭

Got word today, we lost another one of our senior pups. Allie had been visiting us since 2015. She once a once a year cut down for the first three visits: then she started getting a good brush out & bath at her fourth visit. Allie was a Chow mix so her undercoat was crazy!!! She was one of our favorites to see, and we will miss her very much. A few visits back she had a doggie Alzheimer’s incident. She suddenly did not know where she was and panicked so bad she had to go home without her groom. Her mommy worked with her vet, and they found medicine that helped with this so much. Her last three grooms went as normal. I did notice last time, she had lost some weight. Her mom said she had lost a lot more weight since then, and her body was just shutting down. They helped her cross the rainbow bridge so she wouldn’t suffer any more.

Run like the wind sweet girl!! No more pain ever again!!!

We love you and will miss you..💔😢

My little guy Eddie finally had his eating things mommy didn't give him catch up with him.
He had surgery today to remove his blockage. I visited him today afterwards. He was still a little drunk, but I could tell he was starting to feel better.

I was informed yesterday that my old man Buddy passed away a couple weeks ago. Buddy was a senile, sweet old man that I only groomed 3 times. I looked forward to his visits and I will miss him. 💔
