Just found out we have also lost Orca. 💔
Orca was a gorgeous Akita that was very good for her grooms and nail trims. She loved getting attention from all of us when she was in for her groom. Scheduling her in was a bit more complicated than our other pups. Because miss Orca wasn’t a big fan of other dogs, we had to make sure she came in alone for her appointment time, and left before anyone else came in.
Getting her scheduled may have been a little complicated, but getting kisses from her made it all worth it. 😍
RIH sweet girl and we’ll miss you. Tell Sweetie we all miss her too!!💔💔

Roxie’s mom let me know over the weekend that she may not be here much longer. I saw her post on FB yesterday letting people know Roxie had crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday morning.
Roxie was a pretty good girl for her grooms even though she hated me. Once her groom was finished, I was not allowed to touch her again…lol!!! Her mommy has a beauty shop at her house and Roxie always knew when I was there. She would bark and bark until she got put outside…how dare I invade her space…lol!!!
Even though you were a stinker Miss Roxie, I will still miss you..💔
Find your daddy and Koda, then run like a puppy again…

We are having issues with people not responding to their confirmation texts we send to them the evening before their dogs appointment day, or responding without actually reading what they responded to.
These reminders are sent for a few reasons:

#1 To confirm your dog will be there for their appointment time in case you forgot.
#2 To make sure the time and day match what you put on your calendar.
#3 To inform you of anything that's going on at our shop or in town that could cause an issue with your trip in.

It is important for you to actually read these texts and respond to them as instructed. Ignoring them may cause your appointment to get cancelled.
