If you’ve ever worked with me, there’s a good chance your dog knew Bodhi. Bodhi came into my life as a behavioral case in 2018 after being kicked out of daycare following an incident. But one bad day is not a life sentence.
Through R+ behavior modification, muzzle training, time, resources, and a dedicated family, Bodhi got the chance to live an amazing life and what a life he lived.
Bodhi was quite literally the first dog in my day training program here in New Orleans. Over the past eight years, he became so much more than a training case. He was my movie star, my best friend, my nephew, and my R+ Dog training assistant. He helped countless other dogs and showed the world that a dog with a behavioral history can still live a full, happy, meaningful life.
For eight years, I was lucky enough to love and care for him as part of his extended family and home.
Rest easy, bestie. Your story lives on, and you will be forever famous. We’ll miss you, Bodhi.
