Private means your pet is cremated alone and only their ashes come home to you.

Communal means they’re cremated alongside other beloved pets and their cremated remains will be respectfully scattered in our Memorial Garden and the certificate of cremation, personalized poems and keepsake items will be returned to you.Neither is wrong.
