📣 SYSTEM UPGRADE: Operation "Save Roger’s Sanity" is Live! 🐾
First things first: NO, we have not fired Roger. (Though after weeks of back-to-back Giant Doodles and Standard Poodles, he did look like he was plotting a dramatic escape into the Connecticut woods).
He is still very much here, but we are officially rewriting the rules of the grooming game to protect his body, prevent groomer burnout, and—most importantly—Improve our pickup times dramatically! 🕒
We are rolling out a brand-new, highly synchronized "Team Express" booking system, and Roger is our official guinea pig. In the past we would book dogs on half hour or hour blocks, unfortunately grooming dogs is a bit more complicated than that and trying to juggle the different times and types of dogs just adds another element to the day that we found may be avoidable.

Starting right now, when you go online to book with Roger, you will see some shiny new options divided cleanly by your dog’s size:

🧩 Why are we doing this?
Our new software is basically a game of high-stakes Tetris. It now talks directly to our bather team behind the scenes. When you book a large dog, the system automatically calculates exactly when the dog is in the tub versus when it hits Roger's styling table.
The Result? No more gridlocked mornings where three giant dogs arrive at the exact same time. Roger gets a balanced workday, the bathers get a steady pace of pups to bathe, and your dog gets back to your arms up to an hour faster with less crate time, Everybody wins.
