Village Veterinary Hospital Clients:
Our office will be closed July 4th through the 9th and be back in office Wednesday July 10th.
We know the fireworks are beautiful and fun to watch. For our pets, it is not as exciting. It can be a very scary time. Please make sure to keep your fur babies in a safe and comfortable spot.
We hope everyone has a safe and amazing Fourth!

Dear Clients, We want to let you know of our upcoming holiday schedule. We will be closed on Memorial Day 5/27/24 and we will reopen on Wednesday 5/29/24. We will also be closed on Thursday 5/30/24 and we will reopen on Friday 5/31/24. If you are in need of any refills for medication, we would encourage you to make you request early. Thank you!

Good morning! It is with great sadness and regret that Village Veterinary Hospital will be closing effect August 30, 2024. It has been a privilege and honor to have treated the companions of New Kent County and surrounding areas the past 12 years.
After 31 years of being a veterinarian, Dr Weakland is looking forward to retirement. "As I turn the page on a new chapter in my life, I will have fond memories of the time spent here providing medical care to the cats, dogs, and occasional pig and horse at Village Veterinary Hospital."- Dr Weakland
We are so appreciative of all of our wonderful clients and patients, new and old. We have loved watching your furry companions grow and helping them in any way we can. It will be a sad but exciting time as one door closes and a new one opens. We hope to continue to care and treat your pets until the very end. We thank each and everyone of you for the time you have spent with us and trusting us with the care of your family members.
