🐾 PET OF THE WEEK 🐾

Susie was previously adopted from Angel Paws Adoption Center however was returned in March of 2026 due to no fault of her own. She is very friendly with people and gets along well with other cats also. Susie is litter box trained, up to date on vetting and enjoys the usual cat activities.
Could you be her new fur-ever companion?

‼️HURRICANE SEASON IS APPROACHING‼️

Please remember to prepare ahead of time for the safety and well-being of your pets!

If your pet is microchipped be sure that the contact information is up-to-date. There’s still time to go get your pet chipped!

Please bring outdoor pets inside! FYI as of 2018 it illegal to chain or tether an animal during dangerous weather events in the state of Louisiana. You are also required by law to keep ALL of your animals safe, including livestock.

🐾 PET OF THE WEEK 🐾

Sandy came to Angel Paws Adoption Center in late December of 2025 as a found stray. She is blind however gets around well. She is very sweet and loving to people also loves to play in water. She is not dog or cat friendly. Sandy currently weighs in the 40-45 pound range and is approximately 2 years old. She would do best in a home that could give her undivided attention and handle her medical needs. Could you be her new fur-ever companion?

We have received the question quite a bit lately of where to check for a found strays microchip information-
1. Check for a microchip anytime at 457 E Main Street, Directly behind New Iberia City Hall (as pictured here)
2. Any vets office during their business hours.
3. Any animal control or animal shelter during their business hours.

Happy Caturday! Sharing again for cat room donations 😻

😻 Our kitties are in need! Any old or new cat towers or cat toys you may be willing to donate our babies sure would appreciate it! 😸

We also accept any animal supplies, cleaning supplies or office supplies (Example old towels/sheets, old newspapers and aluminum cans) Thanks in advance!

Louie came to Angel Paws in mid March of 2026 found abandoned in our shelters parking lot. He is very friendly and enjoys the usual cat activities. He is litterbox trained as well as gets along with other cats. could you be his furever companion?
