Disaster Preparedness Month: Prepare for Your Pets, Too!

If your pet ever gets lost during an emergency, having clear, current photos of them can make all the difference.

📸 Take several good-quality photos of your pet, including:

-A clear photo of their face
-Full-body photos from different angles
-Any unique markings, spots, scars, or distinguishing features
-Photos without filters or distracting backgrounds

Keep these photos saved on your phone and consider printing a few copies to include in your emergency kit. They can be incredibly helpful for creating a lost-pet flyer or sharing with shelters, veterinarians, animal control, and neighbors.
