Veterinary assistants are an essential part of patient care; comforting nervous pets, supporting clients, assisting doctors and technicians behind the scenes, and more.

This week, we want to recognize and thank all of our veterinary assistants for everything they do for our patients, clients, and team. Veterinary medicine simply would not function without them, and we are so grateful for the care and heart they bring to the hospital every day.

This week we’re celebrating National Veterinary Reception Week and the incredible people who keep our hospital running from the very front lines.

Helen, Donna, and Jack are the first faces you see when you walk through our doors, the voices on the other end of the phone, and the calm in the middle of what can sometimes feel like chaos. They juggle appointments, answer countless questions, comfort worried pet parents, and help keep our days moving smoothly.

Their role is so much more than “front desk.” They are communicators, problem-solvers, and an essential part of the care we provide to every patient and client.

Happy National Veterinary Reception Week too all of the CSR’s in our field!!
