Hello everyone!! As our fundraiser is quickly approaching we just wanted to touch base with everyone. If you are receiving this email we don't have that you have signed up to work the required 4 hr shift or that you've let us know that you want to pay the fee to opt out. Every member is required to work 4 hours during the 9 days of the fair. Children under 10 are exempt, but we won't discourage them from coming with their parents to help out. If you are choosing the buy-out option, remember it's $40 for every member that isn't going to help. I'm attaching the form to sign up on the schedule. If you need help just reply to this email or text Ashlee and she can fill in your request. If you're paying to opt out, this fee must be paid either electronically or in person before the fair. We are really looking forward to what this fundraiser is going to do for the club!!
