Fur Nanny Boarding & Spaw is looking for a dependable, hardworking animal lover to join our team as a Part-Time Kennel Technician!
Schedule:
This position is primarily for weekends and holidays, so applicants must be available during these times. Holiday availability is especially important, as these are some of our busiest boarding periods.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Feeding, watering, and caring for boarding dogs
• Taking dogs outside for potty breaks and playtime
• Cleaning and sanitizing kennels and common areas
• Washing bedding, dishes, and keeping the facility clean
• Monitoring dogs and notifying management of any concerns
• Providing lots of attention and TLC to our guests ❤️
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable with cleaning, dog hair, slobber, p**p, and all the not-so-glamorous parts of animal care! 😂
• Available weekends and holidays
• Able to handle a physically active job, including standing, bending, cleaning, and lifting
Experience with dogs or in a boarding/kennel environment is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
