What a day, New Braunfels!! 💀🌼🐾❤️

Our Día de los Mu***os celebration was one for the books!

Meatball & Pepperoni found their forever homes before we even unlocked the doors! 🐈‍⬛💕 More rescue love followed with Pecan & Peanut from Trails End finding their families, too!

Our Bone Bar was a HUGE hit, The Rescued Closet had jeans, tees, and treasures finding new homes, and our favorite UPS Cat Whisperer, Sebastian, even joined the festivities with his wife! 🥰

From the costumes and shopping to the adoptions and familiar faces, THIS is what makes our little downtown community so special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped small, supported rescue, and celebrated with us. Our hearts are full! ❤️

Good things happen when a community comes together! 🐾

💜 Sometimes two worlds that mean so much to me collide in the most beautiful way.
Today, Ruff Town Rescue was proud to be part of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s here in New Braunfels.
This one was especially personal for me. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and watching someone you love navigate this disease is something you can never truly prepare for.
Today brought together two things incredibly close to my heart: my love for my mom and my passion for animal rescue. Two very different causes, but both rooted in the same thing: love, compassion, and showing up for those who need us.
And boy, did New Braunfels SHOW UP BIG today! 💜
What a beautiful reminder of the power of community. I’m so grateful we got to be a small part of something that means so much to so many families.
For my mom, for every family walking this journey, and for a future without Alzheimer’s. 💜
