Does Your Cat Scratch, Hide, or Lash Out? It Might Be Anxiety—And We Can Help.
🦊At Sally Said So Cat Training, we specialize in in-home and virtual cat training across North Carolina, designed to bring peace to your home and confidence to your cat. Whether your feline friend is hiding under the bed, hissing at guests, or shredding the furniture, these behaviors often stem from anxiety, confusion, or a lack of clear communication.
Why Does Anxiety Affect Cats So Much?
Cats are creatures of habit. When routines shift, environments change, or they feel unsafe, stress can show up as aggression, withdrawal, inappropriate urination, over-grooming, or even digestive issues. Our certified trainers understand feline body language and behavior, and we work with you (and your cat) to build trust, establish boundaries, and create a calm, consistent environment—virtually or right in your home.
What We Offer:
• Personalized training plans
• Fear-free, positive reinforcement methods
• Support for multi-cat households
• Solutions for litter box issues, aggression, anxiety, and more
• Flexible virtual sessions for clients across NC
• In-home services available in select areas
We don’t just “train”—we help you understand your cat and teach them how to thrive in your world.
