At least 48 hours notice needed for treats on local delivery orders to ensure perfection. At least one week notice for cake orders. All cakes and treats are made with yogurt based icing (sugar free a

nd dog friendly) and dry hard, no cracking. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me immediately so that I can work with you.

Let me clarify my little announcement: this complaint was not from any of my incredible local customers. Believe it or not, it was from another business that I wholesale to. I will not name that business because I am above that but it is their loss. ✌🏼This just allowed another business on the “wholesale waitlist” to carry my products in their store. I say this humbly…I have many companies waiting to carry my items. ❤️

I apologize in advance if this sounds mean or harsh, it’s not intended to be as such. I do, however, have to set policies here because I can no longer sit back and be threatened that if I don’t replace or refund 2 COOKIES that I will be all over social media about my “AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.” Please do…I’m not replacing 2 cookies when I gave 4 extra. People may tell me to just refund it and be done but I will not just for the principle of it.
