If a person was wanting a mixed flock raised by hens now is the time I would do it. I think I counted 6 broody hens while collecting eggs. 🤔

I'm not going to lie there is a difference between some of us. Some see a rooster as a burden a hassle and some see it as a possibility of what can be made with it. Not going to lie I literally have put eggs in the incubator because the combination of genes can make a better Rooster for cooler color combinations than their father/mother can combination make. This also makes me want to take a drive and pick up another rooster for another breed. (Most drive for a hen)

This is my first year being able to Hatch eggs from a Blue Jubilee Orpington rooster 🐓 over a Blue Jubilee Hen. As a result 👏 we've had surprise Splash Jubilee Orpington. Of course I cant see feather coloring for this Breed until they are feathering out. Im growing these out for ME. I just wanted everyone to see this color is a possibility in your chicks and I'd say that if you dont want this beautiful coloring to wait to by till they are feathering out... that being said this chicks when available sell as soon as they hatch even in this slower year.
This post is more for people that baught already and the ones waiting on my incubator currently as after those the flock will be free ranging daily with others.

1 lavender orpington rooster available. 💲2️⃣5️⃣🐓 last years hatch gentle hasn't ever come after me. Nice with Bantam chickens as well.
