It's very rewarding when one of my students is recognized for their hard work and dedication. Here are the results for Carly C***r and her response. It's been a long few weeks. I'm completely blown away by the outcome of my hard work. My goal was to get one blue ribbon for my second time competing, and I surpassed that. I got a 1st place for my deer in the professional division, 1st place professional habitat, Best of Category Professional CM whitetail, and Best Whitetail Overall for the professional division. Congratulations Carly I am very proud of you! Keep up the great work!

These were my entries for the United Taxidermists of New York show this past weekend. I was fortunate to have earned some very prestigious awards, all in the Masters division. The Bryan Eppley memorial award for most artistic whitetail is an incredible honor to receive,Brian was the “GOAT” when it came to whitetail sculptures. I also was recognized as the United Taxidermist of New York Distinguished Taxidermist Award for the 3 highest scoring pieces in the Masters division.
Over 37 years of doing taxidermy I have been blessed to get to do something that I am passionate about! The United Taxidermist of New York puts together an awesome show with a bunch of incredible artists and super nice people!

Another very successful 7 day whitetail deer class is in the books.

Savanah Browning came up to PA from Virginia for a 1 on 1 class after completing her first ever mount watching a Youtube video.

The results are night and day as you can clearly see from the photos. There is no comparison and no arguing that in preson, detailed instruction is the way to go saving countless hours of trial and error, dissapointment, discouragement and a tremendous amount of money on wasted materials.

Congratulations Savanah! Keep up the good work, keep studying, never settle for good enough and you will go far!
