Pro Shot Gundogs Pro Shot Gundogs is a family owned kennel. We participate in AKC Hunt Tests and some Navhda events, but our real passion is hunting our GSP's.

Pro Shot Gundogs is family operated by Jason and Haley Goslinga. Located along the bluffs of the Mississippi River in Northeast Iowa gives us plenty of acres to train upland as well as waterfowl gundogs. We are avid hunters and began raising, training, and testing German Shorthair Pointers in 2002. Hunting pheasants, quail, ducks, and geese in a variety of states every year leaves us needing a tru

e versatile hunting companion. Pro Shot Gundogs strives to produce German Shorthair Pointers that can retrieve ducks in the morning, point a limit of roosters in the afternoon and lay on the couch all night. Along with raising German Shorthairs, Pro Shot Gundogs takes in a limited amount of outside dogs in for training. We limit our training dogs in order to maximize the potential of each dog. We train all types of dogs for upland and waterfowl to include German Shorthair Pointers, German Wirehair Pointers, Labs, Vizslas, Brittany's, Weimaraners and any other dog that wants to be taught to search, find game and retrieve to hand. Testing is a vital part of our breeding program and we participate in AKC and NAVHDA events. We feel this gives us a better understanding of our dog’s performance and by breeding only proven dogs we are producing pups that excel in natural ability and can succeed in any venue you wish to compete in.
