Good morning!! Just wanted to give everyone an update on grooming appointments. I am completely booked until the week of August 10th. Even then I have very few appointments left the month of August. If you are needing an appointment I strongly, encourage you to get with me ASAP to get on the books.

Hey y’all!! I’m updating our hours and policies below. Please read carefully.

Hours: MON-FRI 7-12 & 2-5
CLOSED 12-2 for lunch
SAT 8-2
CLOSED ON SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS

I still offer 6 AM and 6 PM pick up and drop off but must be scheduled when making your appointment.

I will be answering calls and messages only during business hours. I’m trying to get better about having a work life balance. My family needs my full attention when I’m not here.

NEW CLIENTS:  NON REFUNDABLE Deposits are required for boarding and grooming services. 
Failure to provide at least 24hr notice for cancellation will result in removal from my client list.
I totally understand life happens but no call no shows is a big NO for me.

Payment is due before you leave!! NO EXCEPTIONS

Groom appointments
Please do not arrive before your scheduled time unless I have approved it.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule.
I do one on one grooming and your pet deserves 100% of my attention  for their allotted time.
Pick up is a maximum of 1 hr after we call. You will be charged a daycare fee if not picked up within that time frame.
If you need other arrangements, they must be made when you make your appointment.

I’m so thankful for all of my loyal clients that have made my business what it is today. Without you guys I wouldn’t be able to hangout with my doggie friends 🐶

We wish all of our customers a safe and happy fourth. We will be closed tomorrow and will reopen Monday at 7 AM.
