Teddie - Ted’s Girl. (The neck looks wide because I took the photo fast on an angle) Here is an interesting story with Teddie. Teddie passed away on December 11, 2025. When I read that she passed by her owner’s post on Facebook, I messaged her and told her that my Standardbred passed away the same day. It turns out they’re the same age, only two months apart, and they passed away over to heaven, approximately the same time in the morning. I told her that I wouldn’t doubt if Indy and Teddie crossed that rainbow bridge together. He always did like mares.

In April 2025, a group friends painted horse heads for a parade float at Chincoteague Island. We each had chosen a Chincoteague Pony to paint. Pictured are only three of us within the group. Julie painted her own Jemmie, Donna painted stallion Ace’s Black Tie Affaire, and I painted stallion Henry’s Hidalgo.
