🚨 One 5-month-old kitten was born without a foot. The affected leg is now:
• Extremely swollen
• Red and inflamed
• Oozing

The advocate reports that she appears to be in extreme pain and is extremely concerned about a possible infection.

She is sleeping outside on a porch area with her sibling with NO ENCLOSED SHELTER. Her sibling also desperately needs rescue placement. These kittens have survived together since they were born outside. They both deserve a chance at a future.

🐾 URGENT RESCUE NEEDED: The "Two Little Lentils" located in Waterbury🐾

Two sweet, 8-week-old brown tabby kittens are in desperate need of rescue in Waterbury! 🍂

A kind advocate has been diligently feeding and watering them, but unfortunately has no indoor space to take them in. That means these tiny babies are currently stuck outside in the elements, just trying to survive the cold little lives they’ve been handed. 💔

Because of our current heavy medical and foster caseloads, Helping Outside Animals is sadly closed for intake right now. We are urgently seeking a 501(c)(3) rescue partner to step up and give these little ones a fighting chance against the harsh weather ahead! ✨

She had gotten out of the apartment at some point. They never told anyone about her — so no one knew to look for her. 💔

Now she’s back at the apartment every day meowing outside — but everyone is gone. She is scared, cold, hungry, and desperately needs help. 💔
