After two weeks of hard work, Finn is officially heading home! 🏡

During his two-week Board & Train, we focused on building impulse control, improving obedience, and learning to listen even when the distractions of the real world are competing for his attention. 💪

The goal? Helping Finn make better choices, stay engaged with his handler, and understand that obedience doesn’t stop when you leave the house!

Real progress comes from consistency, structure, and holding our dogs accountable while setting them up for success. Finn has put in the work, and now it’s time to take those skills home and keep building! 🔥🐶

Way to go, Finn! We’re excited to see you continue to grow. 👏

After two weeks of hard work, consistency, and dedication, this pup is officially heading home! 🎉

Over the past 14 days, Apollo has been building better habits, strengthening obedience, and working toward a dog that can be successful both at home and out in the real world.

The biggest part of training isn’t just teaching a dog what to do — it’s building the foundation for owners to continue that success long after their dog leaves our care. 💪🐶

We’re proud of the progress this pup has made and can’t wait to see the continued growth at home!

Miss Roxie came to us with an issue. After being returned to the shelter three times, her new family did not want the same to happen. She had no impulse control, pulling on the leash so hard she was hurting mom and the kids, reactive while out in public, jumping and nipping at her family. Needless to say she needed an “off switch” and some real obedience. She has just graduated our two week board and train, now she walks calmly next to her family, waits at thresholds before just darting out the door, and is now showing calm behaviors in the house. Her family sent me a message the next day saying that they could actually eat their breakfast sandwich with her in the same room! Great job Roxie! It’s dogs like this that is the reason I got into dog training, to help give her a forever home, to help her not get returned this time around. Giving her a little proper communication and being able to set clear boundaries was all she needed. You will be missed Roxie! 🐾🐕🐾🐕

Miss Maggie just graduated her two week board and train program. She came to us with little to no leash manners, unable to recall on command, and a lack of impulse control around their little kids. Now she is Calm, cool, and a collected member of the family. Welcome back home Maggie! 🐕🐾

Two doodles, two different personalities. My Roy came to us needing some impulse control and leash manners, along with help with his jumping and counter surfing. Miss Daisy needed more calm behaviors and clearer communication when out in public, she was reactive to small children, and got overly anxious anytime someone would knock on the door. Through calm and consistent leadership they have both graduated our two week board and train program. Roy came to us first, but after bringing him home from training mom realized that Daisy needed some guidance as well! So after proofing their skills in public dog friendly places, they have both passed with flying colors! Congratulations to you both! 🐕🐾

Mr Hoover just graduated his adult portion of his all inclusive training! Mom wanted to get a handle on him early before any bad behaviors could show up. She found out that he was mostly a Corso but also 25% Mastiff! He’s turning into a big boy! With her dad being older and staying with her, it was important we taught Hoover that calm behavior gets rewarded every time! He has shown the ability to stay when distractions are going on around him, solid threshold manners do he won’t go darting out of the door, a solid off leash recall, and a nice loose leash when walking with his owners! I’d say you’re on the right path mom! Keep up the great work. 🐕🐾
See last pic for his puppy comparison!

Mr. Ranger came to us needing a basic foundation of obedience. His mom is active duty military and needed a strong foundation to grow his training on. Neutrality around other dogs, coming back when recalled, and a strong stay were just a few examples of the things he learned over his two week board and train program! Proud of this guy, great job Ranger! 🐕🐾
