What kinds of pet reptiles do you think are the best for kids? ๐Ÿ’ญ

Ball pythons are definitely a great choice just because of how docile and friendly they usually are. ๐Ÿ We're so glad to see that this pastel ball python went home with such an awesome new owner. Congrats on your new addition! ๐ŸŽ‰

Kids say the nicest things! There would be a lot less senseless snake deaths if people were taught at a younger age about these reptiles so they respected them more and didnโ€™t think they were all bad. 74 fifth graders had fun and got to see and learn how interesting snakes, tortoises, and lizards were a few weeks ago and Mackenzie and I enjoyed giving them a neat experience with these misunderstood creatures. My favorite comment was from a little boy that was holding our California king snake called Oreo. As it slowly wrapped itself around his arm and crawled up towards his shoulder he looked around to see where all the teachers were. Once he saw he was in the safe zone he said under his breath โ€œ This is so fkn cool!โ€ Made my day lol. Here are a few thank you cards they wrote to us.
