Training a reactive dog is a wild ride, but these 3 shifts completely changed the game for us:

Mastered the basics at home. Zero pressure. We built rock-solid foundation behaviors before ever taking them on the road.

Respected his threshold. Learning the exact distance where he could notice a trigger without losing his mind was our biggest breakthrough.

Reinforced the SH*T out of good choices. The second he disengaged or chose me over a distraction? Jackpot. 🥓

Progress isn’t linear, but celebrating the small wins makes every step worth it.

Join us for our first, outdoor, judgment-free Reactive Dog Class to help you build real-world confidence with your dog in a safe, supportive space.

The Details:
📍 Where: The Farm at Nose To Tail Pet Care in Portland, TN
⏰ When: Saturdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📅 Dates (5 Weeks): Aug 22, Aug 29, Sept 5, Sept 12, & Sept 26

👥 Spot Limit: Only 4 teams. I’m keeping this super small so every dog has plenty of space and personal attention.

A quick head's up: Because we’ll be outside on the farm (where distractions are a bit more unpredictable than an indoor facility), this class is best suited for dogs that can be safely managed on leash and don't have a bite history with other dogs. If your pup needs a little extra room to breathe before a group setting, private sessions are always the safest place to start!
