Order Up For The Tangy Tots!

The Yang × Taysom puppies arrived on Monday, 6/29, and this special delivery includes five flavorful little morsels—2 boys and 3 girls!

Our menu features:
Two sable merle smooth boys
One sable smooth girl
One tri smooth girl
One blue rough girl (at least we think... we'll see in a couple weeks!)

Yang is being an exceptional mom, just as we expected. She’s very chill, attentive, and taking wonderful care of her new babies.

These five are doing well so far, and we’re keeping a close eye on them as they settle in and grow. We’re especially excited to watch the very first Taysom puppies develop, as this litter brings a fresh pedigree combination to our program and plenty to look forward to.

We have plenty of name ideas simmering, but no final selections have been plated up just yet. Stay tuned as the Tots continue to grow—we can't wait to share more of them with everyone!

Barb is a 7½ year old (born 09/24/2018) with plenty of life and love left to give! She's a retired champion looking for a very special retirement where she can continue enjoying a comfy couch and simply be a family's beloved girl.

Barb is sweet, affectionate, and absolutely adores kids. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and very much prefers the indoor life (furniture privileges are non-negotiable, according to Barb.)

As the dam of one exceptional litter, Barb has done her job beautifully and is now ready to enjoy life as the center of someone’s world.

Barb is healthy and ready to settle into the next chapter with a family who will love spoiling her as much as she deserves.

We recently had the chance to meet some puppies from Chrysalis Collies and fell completely in love! Since we couldn’t get away from home, Deb kindly brought her 3-week-old babies over for us to visit.

These puppies are out of Deb's girl "P'Nut," who was beautifully handled by Lynda Cox up until she was bred. Their sire is our "Anthem," a repeat of GCHB Ceilidh's Celtic Legend CCA 2025 AOM "Cullain."

We may be a little biased, but we think there are some extremely promising babies in this litter. P'Nut, Deb, and Lynda did a wonderful job—so many of the virtues they hoped to combine really came together, and we couldn’t be happier with Anthem's contribution to these beautiful pups.

P'Nut and the babies were superstar travelers and made themselves completely at home during their short visit.

And of course… we couldn't resist grabbing a few quick photos of these Enchanting Eight!

They're only 3 weeks old, but they were very good sports about strangers putting them up on a table and into the spotlight. Some were more cooperative than others, and a few were absolutely WILD for cottage cheese!

🍾 Happy 6th birthday to Taysom and Danielle!! 🥳

We brought these two home earlier this week for a temporary “Northern” vacation, courtesy of our Cajun crew — just in time for their 6th birthday! I needed to grab photos ASAP the day after they arrived, and wow… do they clean up nice. We’re very excited about our future plans.

Taysom is so much fun and LOVES his toys! This tight end knows ball and loves a squeaky even more than food. He is incredibly sweet and a total goofball.

Danielle arrived ready to kick butt and take names! She was more than prepared to show off for her glamour shots. Even though she hasn’t shown in many years, she jumped right into her stack and stood up on her toes, ready for action.

We’re so excited about these two and what’s ahead!

The Mountaineers are on the road to Ohio! We’re about halfway there and enjoyed a fun potty break at Dunkin’ in Walton, KY. The puppies may have discovered a love of pup cups, thanks to the incredibly kind staff who loved on them.

They’ve been excellent travelers so far. We’re excited for eye checks and a mini puppy party tomorrow!

What a year it's been at Ceilidh Collies! While we weren’t able to be out at as many shows with as many dogs as we wanted, the owners of dogs bred and co-bred by us truly stepped up and accomplished incredible things this year. We’re so proud of the many conformation achievements earned, the fantastic starts for young dogs, and of course Ramble 'UyuSoCute' continuing to blaze his own trail in the agility ring.

The Mountaineers are 6 weeks old today! Their personalities are really starting to shine, and we’re having so much fun watching them grow. They’re becoming much more active and interactive now, spending lots of time playing, exploring, and figuring out the world around them. Potty training started off well around 3 weeks, but they’ve regressed slightly — so we’re working on that and hope to expand them into a new puppy pen soon, pending temperature developments.

With a busy schedule lately—especially around the Royal Canin shows—I’m sharing their 5-week photos rather than new 6-week ones 😅

Eye checks are scheduled for 1/8, and they’ll be taking their first long road trip. This will be their first big expedition and a great confidence-building experience. One of the smooth boys may even be staying there in his new home.

Every trail looks a little different, and we’re enjoying discovering which journey fits each puppy. As they continue to grow, we’re looking forward to the next stage of this adventure — when structure becomes clearer and each little explorer begins to show us where their path may lead.
