Nashville Cat Clinic will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 11th and Friday, June 12th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday June 15th. If you need refills on prescriptions for your cat, please have those requests in no later than Monday, June 8th. If your cat needs medical attention while we are out of the office, please contact either Blue Pearl in Franklin at 615-333-1212 or Nashville Veterinary Specialists at 615-386-0107.

Nashville Cat Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our dedicated feline-focused team! We’re committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We foster a work culture that values Passion, Understanding, Rapport, Reliability, Feline-Friendly practices, Education, Compassion, and Teamwork (PURRFECT).

RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:
Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars/emails
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide general information about services, treatments, and pet care
Handle client inquiries with empathy and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous veterinary or animal care experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with cats
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
