While we let the city thaw and power back up, here is our second Dog Of The Month Bruce! This water obsessed pup has been staying with us for years and we absolutely adore him. If there’s a puddle or a pool, you best believe Bruce is splashing around in it. Congratulations Bruce we love you!!!!
