It’s never to early to book! Just a reminder if driving to Hendersonville is not convenient for you I will be offering complementary pick up and drop off until March; after that time it will be an additional $25.

Starting November 2nd, I will officially be moved to Hendersonville full-time. While I’m excited for this next chapter for my girls and myself, I also want to be honest that this transition is bittersweet.

I understand that the new location may no longer be convenient for some of my current daycare clients, and I completely understand. The Lazy Wag has become so much more than a business to me. Your dogs have become part of my everyday life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted me with their babies and supported my small business.

My hope is that even if daycare is no longer convenient, you’ll continue to consider The Lazy Wag for boarding.
For current boarding reservations: Your nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit policy remains in place for any dates you choose to cancel. To help avoid cancellations during this transition, any boarding dates already scheduled for the remainder of 2026 will include complimentary pickup and drop-off from your home or an agreed-upon meeting location. For new boarding clients moving forward, pickup and drop-off will be available for a $25 fee.

I’m hoping these options make the transition a little easier and allow me to continue caring for as many of your pups as possible.
I ask for a little patience and understanding as my girls and I adjust. It will be emotional potentially saying goodbye to some of the pups and families who have become such an important part of our lives.

Please never hesitate to reach out, call, or message me with any questions. I’m happy to talk through options and see what we can do to continue working together.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your babies and supporting The Lazy Wag. I truly hope this isn’t goodbye just a little change in how we get to spend time together.

Sweet Nash crossed the rainbow bridge this past weekend. 🌈

Nash was one of my very first daycare clients when I moved to Nashville, and I’ll always be so grateful that our paths crossed. He was the happiest boy with the sweetest soul, and it was so clear how deeply he loved his mom, Kayla.

I’m incredibly grateful for the time I got to spend with him and for all the memories he left behind. He will be deeply missed.

Please keep Kayla and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. 🤍
