We’re excited to support our friends at Rescue Revival for a fun night of Plant Bingo at Flora Plant Shop on September 10th at 6:30 PM!

🌿 Play through rounds of plant-themed bingo for a chance to win some gorgeous plants while helping pups in need.

This month, Rescue Revival is celebrating SOARtember, highlighting two very special SOAR dogs: Marshmallow and Lady Jane. Both are waiting for families to open their hearts and homes. With the community’s support, Rescue Revival is advocating for their adoptions and raising funds for the critical resources they’ll need to thrive.

Happy Sunday…and another 🆘 Yes, we realize we sound like a broken record. Our sweet girl Waffles needs a foster starting Tuesday! Her current foster is having to leave for a work trip unexpectedly and she is finding herself with nowhere to go. Unfortunately being a foster based rescue means that we rely on fosters for our pups to have a place to live while they await their forever home. The plus side to this is that our adoptees get a true idea of what the pup they are adopting is like in a home environment. But we cannot do it without fosters! Can anyone help??? Please??? We will provide all the supplies. She is about 12 weeks old. 🔗 in bio ❤️ ❤️🐶 ❤️

Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we navigate an unexpected and heartbreaking loss.

Yesterday, I said goodbye to my beloved service dog, Koda. Many of you may not have met him, but he was quietly working under the front desk nearly every day—watching over me so I could care for your dogs with a full heart.

Koda wasn’t just my service dog—he was the reason I got into pet care in the first place. He quite literally saved my life on more than one occasion. I don’t have the words to express what he meant to me, but I know this place, this work, and this community wouldn’t exist without him.

I know the recent closures—especially so close together—may have been inconvenient, and I’m truly sorry. We didn’t expect this, and I’m so grateful for your support as we take a brief moment to grieve and regroup.

Thank you for being part of The Village family, and for allowing me the space to honor the dog who made it all possible.
