I finally stopped by the original Nashville Pet Products warehouse today and immediately understood why everyone loves this place 🐾

The staff was SO kind, gave me a little tour, spoiled me with samples… and then introduced me to Maggie & Molly 😭

Tell me why these girls are literally the short-haired and long-haired versions of our resident kitty October jaedaandoctober . I swear I found her long-lost sisters today 😂🧡🤍🖤

Honestly, warehouse cats might be my favorite genre of cats.

Thank you to everyone for being so welcoming and making my whole day 💛

Cats are creatures of habit, comfort, and routine — and the smallest things can make a huge difference in how safe they feel at home. 🖤

As a professional cat sitter, these are some of the simple things I recommend to help reduce stress and support feline comfort while their humans are away.

Understanding cat behavior matters. Thoughtful care goes far beyond food and litter boxes.

Some cats take it very personally when their favorite sitter is fully booked 😼

Book your cat care visits early — busy dates fill fast!

Dental health in cats is easy to overlook—but it matters more than most people realize 🐱

I’ve been spending time on continuing education around feline dental care, and one big takeaway is how subtle the signs can be.

Things like:

• Eating a little differently
• Chewing on one side
• Bad breath
• Small behavior changes

Cats are very good at hiding discomfort, so these little shifts are often the only clues.

As your sitter, I’m always paying attention. If something seems off, I’ll let you know so you can follow up with your vet.

Small details make a big difference in your cat’s comfort 💛

Client update that made my day 🐾

This kitty was having frequent accidents outside the litter box… and with one simple change—adding a more open, visible litter box location—she immediately started using it consistently again 🙌

No accidents since 👏

Sometimes it’s not the litter.
It’s not “bad behavior.”
It’s about how safe they feel in their environment.

Litter box placement matters more than most people realize.

This sweet girl, Ellie 💛

While she was happy to hang out with me, her sister (who’s usually very shy and stays hidden) started showing signs that something wasn’t right.

Even without seeing her much, I noticed excessive vomiting of clear liquid with foam—far beyond what would be considered normal. It was the kind of volume that immediately told me something more serious could be going on internally.

I updated their mom right away so she could make an informed decision.

She ended up coming home early, and it turns out her kitty had a severe case of constipation that needed attention.

This is exactly why having an experienced, attentive sitter matters—especially with cats who tend to hide. Subtle signs can still tell us a lot if you know what to look for.

Not every issue is obvious, but I’m always paying attention 💛
