The 9th Annual STARability 5K Run, Walk & Roll is one of STARability’s largest annual fundraisers and plays a vital role in advancing our mission of transforming the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

My wife Melissa and I are 50yr born and bred NYrs, and as we have gotten older we have become more and more food snobby. From The tremendous amazing variety of Pizzerias just in the neighborhood. To the 5⭐️ steakhouses in manhattan. Maybe even take a weekend trip out to the Hampton’s or Montauk for a fresh caught seafood dinner. When we moved to Naples to begin our new endeavor we always had our eyes and ears open for a highly rated and talked about restaurant.
Then we found Fuse Gastrobar.
TRUTFULLY I can say ALOT about this place and ALL OF IT is POSITIVE.
But to make it brief without Boring the readers.
1 - the ambiance is right down our alley. Lounge style restaurant, beautiful bar and a extremely welcoming atmosphere.
2- Monika the co-owner and Bar “MASTER” is amazing behind the bar. Probably the smoothest drinks I have ever had.
2 Bonus - she is very friendly and easy to chat with
3- behind the scenes the chef Greg CRUSHED every dish that we were served. From the spinach and artichoke dip which was more like a meal, to the grilled Octopus that had flavors exploding with every bite, to the homemade pasta and Bolognese sauce…..as a full blooded Italian that had Sunday dinner my whole life.
Greg’s sauce is top notch.
So to wrap it up…..GO!!!! GET THERE, sit at the bar have a drink and some apps to start. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
I even left with a bottle of their signature BBQ sauce “Distinguished Gentleman”
