Here is the information on the fire to the north of Berryessa. Evacuations are advised north of 128. 128 is closed near Winters at the dam. Please call the ranch before driving to get the latest info.

Want to buy a share from an existing owner or have one to sell? Post to this thread. We also recommend posting / checking Sacramento and Bay Area Craigslist, the R Ranch at The Lake web site, or Facebook marketplace. (Sort comments here by NEWEST instead of Most Relevant)

Shares are actual deeds for the property where each owner owns an equal amount. Only owners and their accompanied guests are allowed to use the property unrestricted except by whatever rules the owner elected board has decided upon including occupancy duration and guest fees. Owners pay yearly dues as listed on the website for staff and upkeep. New owners pay the share price and deed transfer fees. You may purchase from an existing owner (cheaper) or directly from the ranch's unissued shares (if available).
