I am sorry to make this announcement.

In the future, if there is any Snow of any depth, I will not be open. If you have four-wheel-drive and you can drive in my driveway then you can make an appointment but I’ve had four people let me down for snow shoveling,plowing, and I’ve shoveled it myself and then had it plowed back in several times, and that’s all I can take.

So distressing that are local emergency clinic has closed permanently. As most of you know that I try to cover as many of my own emergencies with my own clients as I possibly can however, I anticipate that this is gonna become more difficult and more people will be calling. We’re not current clients. This is creating a lot of stress. I just wanna post here in case you are not a current client where you can obtain emergency medical care for your pet. If you text and I am not answering you will receive this message informing you of emergency numbers. I’m so sorry about all this.

After providing EmErgency services for a person that I’ve actually had trouble with in the past, I have received some very shabby treatment and failure to pay. There will not be any services whatsoever provided without payment in full at the time of service. I can’t run my business like this and it ruins my attitude. I go out of my way to make sure the animals are treated, but I’m not gonna do this anymore. It’s a shame that people can’t be responsible. Be sure to treat your veterinarian with kindness and respect, rather than giving them the runaround. It affects other people and their ability to receive services.

I just wanted to clarify. Yes, my building was for sale. It is not for sale now.

Yes, I had a job at a clinic in Yakima two days a week . Their doctor was pregnant. She has some of complications and some after the baby came. She’s bAck to work now, so I returne to my practice

I’m back in my own clinic 3.5 days a week with some emergency availability. Appointments are needed. No large animal emergencies or farm calls are available.

I hope my new schedule will help a few more animals and people to get access to care
