Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I feel the need to restate my policy.
A $10 cancellation/no-show fee will be added to your next grooming appointment when applicable.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that I’m often unable to fill, which directly impacts my small business.
