Good afternoon, as we have had an influx in no call no shows, late arrivals and last minute cancellations, we find its best we repost our "Appointment rules." We hate to have to even implement these rules, however we work on commissions so when a dog does not show or cancels too late for us to fill the spot the groomer does not get paid!
LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time for your appointment time your groomer has the right to reschedule you! We also reserve the right charge a no show fee for these also! *Please give us a call if you are running late!
NO SHOW: There is a $25 fee for small dogs, $50 fee for large dogs if you fail to show up for your appointment! This will have to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you are scheduled through the year this will be added to the bill at your next appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations MUST be done within Business hours! We ask that cancellations are done at the latest 24 prior to your appointment. We need the time to fill your spot! If cancellations are done after hours the day before your appointment you are subject to No Show fee!

WE DO NOT MONITOR THE TEXT MESSAGE SYSTEM AFTER THE SHOP CLOSES FOR THE DAY!
