We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday!

We would like to remind everyone that the best way to reach us for an appointment is to call the shop directly at 843-293-6635. This ensures that we have the most accurate scheduling information in front of us. Also the number for our texting changes periodically as the texting is done through our computer system. This also means that we do not always see the messages. Thank you! We hope everyone had a fantastic first week back to school and a fabulous weekend!

Good morning everyone, we would like to let everyone know that this evening we will not be doing our typical nail trims between 5-530 as one of our groomers is out for the day. We will be doing them again next Saturday. We apologize for any inconvenience 🙂

Good afternoon, as we have had an influx in no call no shows, late arrivals and last minute cancellations, we find its best we repost our "Appointment rules." We hate to have to even implement these rules, however we work on commissions so when a dog does not show or cancels too late for us to fill the spot the groomer does not get paid!
LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time for your appointment time your groomer has the right to reschedule you! We also reserve the right charge a no show fee for these also! *Please give us a call if you are running late!
NO SHOW: There is a $25 fee for small dogs, $50 fee for large dogs if you fail to show up for your appointment! This will have to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you are scheduled through the year this will be added to the bill at your next appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations MUST be done within Business hours! We ask that cancellations are done at the latest 24 prior to your appointment. We need the time to fill your spot! If cancellations are done after hours the day before your appointment you are subject to No Show fee!
*We understand emergencies happen and we are completely understanding*
WE DO NOT MONITOR THE TEXT MESSAGE SYSTEM AFTER THE SHOP CLOSES FOR THE DAY!
