Super sad day today. I took in an old, declawed tortie girl last week, that had been lost or abandoned. She was in terrible shape, infested with fleas, parasites, dehydrated, rough skin and more. The vet thought she could be in her late teens. I gave her anything she wanted for the last week, but her belly continued to grow. There were multiple huge masses growing in her abdomen. I had to make the sad decision to let her go today. Thank you Robin Weaver for being there to support and hold this precious girl. Even though she was only with us for a week, all the volunteers fell in love with her. Her tiny soul will be missed.
