RUFF CUFF by Cat {UNIQUELY} Handmade leather cuffs and leashes that allow you to walk your dog hands-free.

Hand-made leather {RUFF CUFF}'s can be attached to a custom made matching leash with clips on both ends. The {CUFF}'s allow for hands-free dog walking. {CUFF}'s can be custom made to hold 1-3 leashes and will securely hold non-pulling dogs up to 50 lbs. You can carry your bags, text, talk on the phone, shop, run or simply enjoy a {CAREFREE} walk with your dog.

{CUFF}'s are hand-cut, tooled, dyed
