Update from Terri & Aspen!

I had Aspen in two UKC Rally trials today at the Tri County Canine Sports shows. These were her first UKC Rally shows. Aspen qualified both trials with perfect 100s both times. She earned a third and a second place (there were other perfect scores, decided by time, and we weren't the fastest). Very proud of my sometimes very naughty girl!! The second picture was her showing the Griffy "side eye" that they are known for...😄

Dave & Zephyr have the best time!!

Sooo Zephyr and I were asked to guide pheasant hunters in South Dakota. It was a long hot morning and I was giving Zephyr a much deserved break in the kennel on the bus, while using a "lodge dog" yellow Lab a client shot a Rooster over the pond. The lab refused to retrieve several times. I called the bus driver asked him to unkennel Zephyr, I called her down to the lakes edge for a blind retrieve. Though the bus was close to a 1/4 mile away it took Zephyr a minute to find me. I wasn't sure if Zephyr was going to find me so I stripped to my boxers and started out to make the retrieve myself. Zephyr found me then made a beautiful retrieve. I never had to get wet.
