Eastside Animal Hospital Your pets are treated like family Dr. Melissa Williams joined the Eastside Family in April of 2019. She grew up with dogs, cats, and horses. Go Pokes!

Established in 1959, Eastside Animal Hospital is Muskogee area's longest running veterinary hospital and has remained one of the most trusted veterinary hospitals in the Muskogee region, providing quality care to area pets. She is very excited to being serving the community of Muskogee to help meet the needs of their animals. She grew up outside of Broken Arrow, where she was always surrounded by animals. She is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State! Our highly-trained, compassionate staff understands that your pet is a cherished member of your family. We believe in routine diagnostics to help us better understand the health of your pet. We offer complete wellness care and counseling to help your pet maintain excellent health throughout all the life-stages. Our additional services include drop off appointments, surgery, dental care, nutritional counseling, boarding, daycare, bathing and nail trims.

We know we have caring & compassionate clients that want to help our community.
For the month of October we are collecting new blankets & stuffed animals to donate to Muskogee’s Kids’ Space Child Advocacy Center. They help kids from birth to 18 years of age that have endured painful situations. They give each child a blanket & stuffed animal. You can drop items off at the clinic & we will deliver them at the end of the month.

Today is 9 to 5 Day & we saw the cutest kitten named….Dolly Pawden. You can’t make this stuff up. Little Dolly hasn’t discovered her voice yet but I’m sure this little Siamese mix will start talking (singing) soon.

This is Riley. Riley was sent alone to the North Tower for search & rescue on Sept. 11, 2001. No one was found alive. The stress on the rescue dogs was so high due to the low amount of live rescues that emergency workers would hide in the rubble in order to keep the dogs’ spirits up. There were over 300 search/rescue & therapy dogs that worked at Ground Zero. These dogs are a few of the heros that we need to remember from that horrific day.
