Just a reminder from your local one-on-one groomer 💛

I schedule dogs individually, so your appointment time is reserved specifically for your pup. Because I’m a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are very difficult to fill. Because of the constant last minute cancellations and no-shows we are updating our cancellation policy.
❌If you cancel last minute or no-show your appointment you will be charged a 20$ additional fee to you next visit.❌

I completely understand emergencies happen, and I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Please also remember that up-to-date vaccine records are required for every dog for the safety of all pets in my care.
❌No up-to-date shots we can not see your dog that day. This is a requirement and records must be provided.❌

We also kindly ask that because we do schedule appointment times when you are ready for pick up please be prompt to pick up. We know they’re different circumstances with clients so please be transparent. We do not offer doggie daycare.
