It is with a heavy heart that I share this update: Little Prints Pets Store will be closing its Etsy shop and ceasing production.

All I ever wanted was to create something and make the world just a little better. I underestimated how much work goes into owning a business and I thought I could do it on my own. 😵

There is just so much that I made mistakes on, like business accounts/personal accounts, taxes, shipping, being a sole proprietor and not an LLC. I made the mistake of believing that if I had good intentions going into this, good things would come out.

I am a full grown 30 year old and was naïve enough to think I could start and build a business without consulting experts. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I just wanted to do it myself. I don’t know why it’s this easy to fail and make mistakes.

I’m so grateful for the love and support I have been offered. It means so much to me and I will never forget it.

I have just added Double RatForms to my Etsy store. There will be 6 packs sold of the Double RatForms for the next few weeks. These RatForms have holes for drainage/grip.

The color options are limited because I can only print with a specific brand of PLA+ to get the best results (other brands were resulting in print failures).

One another note, I plan to redo my entire Etsy store to give buyers more options and allow people to purchase any quantity/color/design combination. So that could look like (3 red RatForms, 2 blue double RatForms, and 1 white RatForm with holes). All packed and shipped together. I will test this method out on Etsy next month and see if it works better for everyone. 🙂

Hello everyone, I wanted to take a moment to address something. The past week I have been MIA. I had my first rat best friend pass over last Saturday and I have been taking time to grieve. RatForms were designed for my first rats and losing one of them made it hard to even look at my 3D printers without breaking down into tears. I love my rats more than I can put into words, so I put it into design. My goal was to give them the best Rat life possible; I gave my little girls big adventures. Yesterday, after not printing for almost a week I turned on my printers and began printing RatForms again. I do what I do so joy can be delivered all over the world for these amazing creatures. I promised my girl, Kairi, that I would not grieve her passing forever, that I would continue to send love all over the world in her and her sisters names.
Thank you for always supporting me on this journey.

Hello everyone! This is the double Rasket. I have the support issue solved and the PLA issue figured out. I will be posting these and the singles on my Etsy store very soon.
Believe it or not the RatForms are keeping both of my high-speed printers running 24/7. Once I get caught up on the RatForms I’ll get a stock going of these and begin posting them.
As always, comments, concerns, and snide remarks all welcome! 😂😇

These doubles are a test round, if all goes well they will be out by next month.

*I’m also working on Ferret Nation cages. If someone can get me the exact millimeter measurements of the bars and the distance between them I can get designing them as well! :)*

Do you guys like the RatForms that are solid on top or the idea of the holes on top better? I’m trying to decide if I should keep my old listing or just move on to the new design. If people still want the solid ones I will still make them.
I’m also planning on selling singles and double sizes of the RatForms (double size in picture).
