I just wanted to apologize to anyone who has been waiting to hear back from me. Our family recently experienced an unexpected family emergency situation that required me to step away from the business for a little bit.

They worked hard the last 11 days. I’m so proud of my kids!! Had a few hiccups- but they sure make me proud!
The joy isn’t just a business- the joy is in that first time baby touches a pony and looks at their mom like nothing she’s felt before. Or the city kid who’s just in awe that they are real! All the smiles, the joy- my sweet babies are truly special and they make a difference- I love that I get to share the joy and magic with them. 🌟 ✨

Missing this guy a little extra today.
The first season without him and I miss him so much.

The hard thing about horses is they can live 30+ years… which is both a blessing and a curse. You get so much lifetime with them that they become part of your every normal.

Since I was a little kid, I’ve looked out into the pasture and he was always there. Through childhood, growing up, becoming a wife, becoming a mom… he was just always there.

Now I’m 37 and for the first time in my life, I look out and he’s gone.

And I honestly can’t remember a life before him.
