Offering an on site lease opportunity for someone looking for a 4-h show project under the guidance of a training program. This is an in hand lease only no riding. Pie is also able to compete in the APHA, Pinto, and ABRA circuit in the 2 year old in hand classes. This is a great opportunity for someone one looking to learn how to bring one along without the commitment of purchasing one yourself.

Jessica Rabe and her Gelding Olenas Midnight Remuda getting back into the swing of show season at the IQHA Snowflake Circuit! They had smooth rides and it was a great opportunity to see where we are at going into the show season! These two have come along way togeather since last year where they competed in the w/t division, this will be their first year showing togeather out of the w/t devision and in lope classes! I’m so excited to watch their progress!

HIGH QUIXOTE CASH
Cash is a 4 year old Bay AQHA gelding
Trail rides like an old seasoned gelding, he has rode out in the foothills of Burwell Nebraska on a fox hunt. I’ve used him to sort cattle and donkeys. He knows how to ride in the bridle, neck reins, stops, side pass, backs, picks up both leads and transition through all gaits willingly. While Cash is fantastic on the trail, he also has a natural cattle sense and will track and follow a cow. If you want a gelding that you can truly pull out every day and ride off the same way this is your guy. He’s been turned out to pasture since November to do some growing and will be brought back into work in April. He is priced accordingly and it is subject to change as he comes back into full work this spring.

After Grace finished her lesson last night I told her to go ahead and just play around with her pony Indy while I do some instructing with Jess and Jimmy.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for a young rider is give them the foundation and the environment to experiment on their own. Jess and I turned around and she was jogging her pony so quiet and confidently! It’s been about two months since she’s been able to have a lesson and they got to take the boys home for a month to just enjoy them. 💕 It was super cold and how many kids do you know that will happily come to the barn and ride their pony in 16 degree weather! We kept her lesson short and sweet and both her and her pony looked fantastic. Jessica Rabe and Grace Rabe and gearing up for a fun show season with BIG goals this year! 🎉

🌟I specialize in creating Ranch riding and versatility horses, along with a solid c**t starting program that will help prepare your young horse for their future in and out of the show ring. I have spent the last 8 years developing a methodical approach to my program and producing horses I’m proud to stand behind in the show ring and down the trail. Not only does my program benefit the horses but it also encourages owners to be involved in the progress along the way. I offer instructed rides and coaching so you as a rider can develop with your horse. If you are not wanting/able to personally show I am available to show in the open classes for various associations. I will have very limited availability for this upcoming 2026 show season. I would like to offer the space I have to horses and owners looking to join a program that is centered around creating a solid riding and show partnership.

With the recent news of an EHV-1 outbreak in Texas and other areas it is important for us to advocate for the horses in our care.
EVERY SINGLE HORSE in my program is up to date on vaccines and routinely vaccinated in the spring as well as given boosters in the fall. This is something I feel strongly about as I’ve seen first hand as a vet assistant the consequences of outbreaks like west nyle, rhino, tetanus and other preventable and borderline eradicated diseases.
I would strongly recommend checking with your facility and making sure their vaccination schedule and protocol is legitimate. The vaccine for EHV-1 is not full proof and efficasy is limited when it comes to the neurological disease. 
What the vaccination can do is control the spread of the virus by redusing viral shedding and limit disease severity as it is effective at reducing the severity of the respritory form of the disease. In the event of an outbreak, vaccinating your horse can help mitigate the spread of infection. Pregnant mares require a special vaccination schedule to help prevent against abortion. While news of an outbreak in the equine industy can be unnerving, it’s important that we educate ourselves about all the precautions we can take to help keep our horses safe and healthy.

⭐️LEASE OPPORTUNITY⭐️
I have been considering the idea to Fully Lease out BZ Senorita Delta this up coming 2026 show season March-November. This will be an on sight Lease only and will include her monthly training, care, vet, farrier, lessons and hauling and class fees at alotted shows. This is a very talented and athletic mare who I’ve been egar to start showing but with client horses showing it makes it hard to fit her into my string as her rider.
Ideally I would like to find a confident youth who wants to compete at a few larger breed shows in the Ranch horse devision. I would like this mare to go to Pinto world in June (Tulsa Oklahoma), buckskin world end of July into August (Tulsa Oklahoma) and Color Breed congress end Oct-Nov (Tulsa Oklahoma). Delta will stay in my program throughout her lease and travel and show with my string at pre discussed events and classes. I hope this will give someone the opportunity to get their foot in the door at a higher level of competition as well as help me get the show miles on a really nice mare. If this is an opportunity that may interest you please reach out and I will share more details on monthly lease fees and contract. You must be willing to obtain membership to the associations below.
