*** Update*** We found her owners *** 🥰

A huge thank you to the kind Samaritan who brought this sweet girl to our clinic after finding her wandering outside near Wagon Wheel Drive

She appears to be well cared for. She does have a microchip; however, unfortunately, the chip is not registered, so we have not been able to contact an owner.

If you recognize this dog or believe she may belong to someone you know, please contact our office at 972-895-4448 and be prepared to provide proof of ownership.

Get to know the team at CityVet Murphy! Each week, we’ll be spotlighting one of our staff members and sharing a little about who they are. We’re excited to help our clients get to know us better—both in and out of the clinic

✨Meet Dr. Beth, one half of the Dr. Burgin duo and one of our Lead Veterinarians ✨

🧡How long have you worked in veterinary medicine?
Since my 16th birthday, when I started as a kennel assistant, so almost 26 years ago.

🧡What is your favorite part of your job?
I love educating pet parents on the why of what I am recommending – coming together as a team to make well – informed decisions is fun for me. I absolutely love the relationship formed and fostered as I can for my patients.

🧡What pets do you currently have?
Maple – Golden Retriever Puppy
Murphy – 2 year old cat

🧡If your pet could talk, what would they say about you?
“Mom is for cuddles” – both
Maple would probably say that I am obsessed with her and that I am annoying with all the training. I set boundaries she likes to test.
Murphy would probably say that he is grateful I am a pushover and brought him home to my son when he was needing a new home.

🧡What are your hobbies outside of work?
Family time. RV travels when we are able to get away. I also love making photobooks to keep track of our memories.
