For improved quality in the reining maneuvers, body position that is taught and maintained through their 2 year old year causes the longevity of the reining horse to be there.

Some things in this picture that we like;

Loading on the outside hind leg in the rundown

Shoulders up

Neck comes out of the withers and then down to prove we have the back is lifted

This in most cases is taught by teaching them to respond to your outside leg by going forward into the correct body position. Rather than resisting and leaving the straight line or slowing down.

💥Pictured is "Mickey" who is by In Like Flinn x Jazzy Cindy Lou. Bred, raised, and owned by Julia and David Reece! 💥

Julia and David have several nice young Reining prospects, located at their Ranch in TN.
