Big shoutout to our hospital manager Leslie for starring in this month’s *Mental Health May* feature video! 🎥💙

Nothing says “check on your coworkers’ mental health” quite like making us all panic when the manager says, “Can I talk to you for a second?” 😅

But seriously — it’s a great reminder that a simple “How are you doing?” can go a long way. Unless it’s asked at 4:55 PM on a Friday… then we know something’s up. 👀😂

Thanks, Leslie, for reminding us to look out for each other and keep the workplace supportive, positive, and only *moderately* chaotic. 💚

He’s out here:
• purring with confidence
• sleeping in a tiny cinnamon roll shape
• convinced he’ll grow up to meow someday

Meanwhile the kittens are just accepting him like:
“Yeah, he’s a little different looking, but he’s family.” 😂

They don’t pay rent, they eat your snacks (aka your pets), and they are VERY hard to evict.

This is Hailey, one of our amazing assistants, in her natural habitat… expertly bottle-feeding the tiniest, squeakiest baby puppy you’ve ever seen. (Yes, your heart is allowed to melt.)

Hailey has a special place in her heart for neonates, and it shows in every late-night feeding, every gentle cuddle, and every “you’ve got this, little one” pep talk. Caring for these fragile babies takes patience, skill, and a whole lot of love—and she brings all three in abundance.
