We wanted to let everyone know that we will be closed Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

We will return to our normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th from 7am to 5:30pm.

Spa days at BLWA are the best!

Our seasoned bather, Devin (we call him our animal whisperer), is able to ensure a bath is a relaxing experience for even the most anxious patients.

We offer basic and deluxe options and lots of great smelling shampoo to leave your furbaby looking and smelling so GOOD!

*For short haired breeds who would like a deluxe bath but don't need a sanitary clip or paw pad fur trim, we can substitute another service. Ask us about this when you schedule.*

Update: owners found & on their way!!! Yay!

Hi BLWA Family! We need some help this morning! This baby was found at the Enterprise Rent a Car building on NW Broad street this morning. They were afraid he would get hit so brought him to us to keep him safe. He’s VERY sweet and has a collar with an Air Tag on it. The Air Tag is not in lost mode so we are unable to find the owners. Does anyone know where this sweet kitty belongs? Please share so we can get him home!

What happens when the chicken actually does cross the road?!

Lets just say this sweet girl was very lucky that she was spotted by Dr. Schramm on her morning commute and that we have many chicken lovers here at BLWA who came to her rescue ☺

June, as she is now known, was spotted in the median of 840 on Friday morning. Although it was no easy job, Devin and Kendra were able to catch Miss June and get her safely back to the clinic. She had a few injuries that we were able to treat, but she should heal well with time.

She now lives her very best chicken life with Kendra and her family on their farm and is reportedly doing very well!

We are planning on a delayed opening at 8:00 am for Wednesday. We will close early again at 4:00 pm.

Some of our staff and doctors do live in areas that were affected worse than Murfreesboro, and we want to get them home before dark.

Due to the winter storm and unsafe road conditions we have decided to CLOSE Monday, January 26.
