Koda’s Fam — we are working hard to have Gingr go live by Tuesday — Wednesday the latest! But man… Miss Jenny is so technologically challenged 😂 she can work the system like a champ. It’s so easy to navigate. You will love it!! But connecting it? Mr Matt, time to tap in 🤷🏼‍♀️

We will be posting the link to download the parent app HOPEFULLY Monday. If you cannot login — let us know in person or via text. That means yours email or phone are incorrect or not in our system. Easy fix! ❤️‍🩹

In the meantime — can you gather vaccine records? Send them via text, email or bring them in person! They did not transfer. We have some… but not all.

Also when you check in — there will be a new waiver! We have a tablet up front to make it SIMPLE.

Until then… I think Miss Jenny should just play with the puppies lol… Mr Matt will get it done 😂

Koda’s Fam — please go out and support this local gem. The owner was a good friend of Miss Jenny’s Dad. We do not want to see their doors close. So if you are able — please go have a meal or two or three there! If you do go, please tag us in a post! We will find a way to pay it forward. Miss Jenny loves her new home but Chicago, 312 area code, is a huge part of her childhood. Let’s rally around this family owned business! They even have dog friendly seating outside!!!

🐾 A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT OUR HOURS! 🐾

As we head into our very busy season (who are we kidding we’re always busy 🫠) We wanted to make sure our hours and policies were cleared up to avoid confusion. ❤️‍🩹

We truly wish we could accommodate every request for different drop-off & pick-up times! ❤️ We’ve always tried our best to be flexible, but as requests have added up and our windows haven’t always been respected, we need to be more consistent moving forward.

PLEASE NOTE: DAYCARE & BOARDING HAVE DIFFERENT WINDOWS!

🐾 DAYCARE — Monday–Friday
Drop-off OR pick-up: 7AM–12PM OR 2PM–6PM

🏡 BOARDING — Monday–Friday
Drop-off OR pick-up: 8AM–11AM OR 3PM–6PM

🐾 WEEKEND DAYCARE
Drop-off OR pick-up: 11AM–3PM

🏡 WEEKEND BOARDING
Drop-off OR pick-up: 12PM–2PM

So, for example, being able to drop off for daycare at 7AM does NOT mean boarding drop-offs begin at 7AM. Boarding begins at 8AM. The same applies to our other designated windows. ❤️

Arrive a little early? No worries! You’re welcome to wait in our parking lot until your window begins. We just ask that you please keep your pup with you until your service’s designated time and don’t request an early pick-up outside of that window — even if you see us here. IF we can — we will wave you in early. We promise.

❤️ True emergencies will always be considered when we’re able to help. Existing standing arrangements with specific clients will also remain in place. These are not about playing favorites — they’re based on individual circumstances that may be personal and aren’t ours to share.

✂️ Grooming follows Miss Jade’s schedule, so grooming drop-off/pick-up times are arranged directly.

As a small, tight-knit, family-owned facility, we’re continually working to keep care accessible, affordable, and our windows reasonable for our families. 💜 Be sure to take advantage of fun extended-care opportunities like our new Paw-rents Night Out and Tailgate Days when they’re offered! 🏈🎬🐾

We love helping our Koda’s families — we just need our regular hours to be respected so we can continue doing it well. 💜

As always — reach out with any concerns or questions. We know it may seem like we just play with puppies all day, and we do, but we also do a lot more too ❤️‍🩹

⏰🔔 We are so sorry for any inconvenience this morning may have caused for our early drop off clients. An accident and train track work delayed us from getting in this morning on time. If anyone was affected by this mornings delay please text us at 629-251-8165. Again we are so sorry for the inconvenience. It doesn’t happen often if ever but today was a perfect storm! 🫠🐾 — just as a heads up to all commuting this morning/today: the train tracks have work going on ON TOP OF their slow trains. So the gates keep going up and down. Thus making tons of traffic. We will definitely be understanding of any delays in pickup — so just let us know!

Fall fun is officially kicking off at Koda’s! We’ve got treats, enrichment, football Sundays AND a special night out planned for our pups this month! 🤎🍁
Here’s what’s happening:

🍁 September 5 — Fall Leaf Snuffle
A fall-themed sniffing adventure to get those noses working!

🥞 September 10 — Fall Theme Pancake Breakfast
Because obviously our pups deserve brunch too. 😂🐾

🏈 September 13 — TAILGATE DAYCARE!

For just $10 additional per dog, your pup can come at 11 AM for regular daycare and stay straight through Paw-rents’ Night Out until 9 PM! 🙌
🏨 Already boarding? Boarders can join the Movie Night Enrichment for $15 per pup!

📌 September 7 — CLOSED for Labor Day

⚠️ Special Events require registration and have their own hours & pricing. Regular daycare and boarding drop-off/pick-up hours remain the same unless your pup is registered for the applicable special event.

Need a date night? Dinner with friends? Shopping? Or maybe just a few hours of kid-free AND dog-free peace? 😂🙌

Drop the pups off with us while they have a night out of their own!

🌙 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🐶 $30 for the first pup
🐾 Only $7 each additional pup!

Their night includes:
🐕 Evening daycare & playtime
🎬 A cozy Koda’s Friends Movie Night
🍿 Special movie-night enrichment
🛋️ Wind-down & cuddle time before pickup
✨ MAKE IT AN ALL-DAY KODA’S DAY!

Add just $10 per pup and drop them off at 11:00 AM for regular daycare — then they’ll roll right into Paw-rents’ Night Out!
