Just a Little Note from Happy Paws 💙
We know that bringing your pet to the veterinarian can sometimes be stressful. When your pet isn't feeling well, emotions can run high, and we completely understand wanting answers and wanting your pet to feel better as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you remember there are real people behind the phones, front desk, exam rooms, and treatment area who care very much about your pets and the families who bring them to us.
At Happy Paws, we do our best to accommodate as many pets in need as possible, but as a small, one-doctor practice, our schedule can fill up quickly. Some appointments take longer than expected, and emergencies can change our schedule, so we appreciate your patience and understanding when we're unable to offer immediate availability. Through it all, our team is here because we truly care about you and your pets and want the very best for them.
We also appreciate your patience when things don't go exactly as planned, your understanding when we're running behind, and your kindness when a conversation may be difficult. Please remember that yelling or using profanity can be hurtful, so we kindly ask that we keep conversations respectful. We promise to extend that same kindness, patience, and understanding to you.
Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who support our team, trust us with their pets, and take the time to say a kind word or simply say “thank you.” Those little moments really do mean a lot to us. We're all on the same team, and we want the very best for your pets!
