If your pets are fearful of storms get them ready now. Spray the Cool Calm Canine spray on your hands and rub their ears and up their back bone. Spray it on their bedding or safe place. If you have Stress Away rollerbottle roll it on your fingertips and apply to ear tips and up their back bone. Keep your furbabies safe and calm!💜

In 17 days it will be a day of family, fun, and fireworks. (Although there will be plenty of “smaller” noises before then because of early sales!) For those fur babies out there it is one of the scariest holidays. Now is the time to start preparing! Have you checked your fences? Do you have a safe space for your pet? Do you babies have collars with your information on them? Are they chipped? How are you preparing?
I have anxiety spray that helps calm Sadie’s nerves but the more I prepare the better emotionally she will be! I will be spraying my Calm Cool Canine on bedding and in the room an hour to 30 minutes before dark. I also spray it on my hands and rub Sadie’s ear tips and up her back bone. What a blessing and peace of mind it is to help her through these difficult times!

We are so grateful that our shelter pets were unharmed, however there are several injured and displaced animals as a result of the horrible tornadoes we experienced on Friday.

We will be helping displaced animals and their owners. If you are in need of assistance, please contact the shelter directly at 901-498-8588 and they will coordinate with us.
